About The Position

AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at our 2 apartment complexes in Seattle. As the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of AMLI Bellevue Park and AMLI Spring District Compensation and Benefits: AMLI offers the following benefits to meet the needs of AMLI employees and their families: $24.00 - $25.00 an hour plus monthly and year-end bonuses Free One bedroom Housing Allowance available for an apartment at AMLI Spring District Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage 401(k) Company Match Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) 20 days plus 9 paid holidays. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Availability for on call and weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
