About The Position

The Multi-Modality Technician performs MRI procedures, mammographic procedures, CT examinations, Ultrasound examinations, X-ray examinations, according to protocol, used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Required
  • (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician Required
  • High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

  • You will compassionately assist and position patients.
  • You will start IVs for contrast injection when necessary.
  • You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary.
  • You will release the patient with proper post-procedure instructions.
  • You will turn over and prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean/sterilize equipment.
  • You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
