About The Position

As a Multi Modality Tech, you will provide quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments. You will perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Multi Modality Techs follow standards of safe radiation practice. The role also demonstrates leadership abilities and acts as a role model for other associate technologists, serving as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholding current standards of practice for the unit.

Requirements

• 1 year imaging experience required
• High School Diploma required
• Registered Technologist, Radiology
• Any of the following: ARRT (CT), ARRT (M), R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT) ; R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT)
• BLS through American Heart Association is required

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments
• Performs high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs
• Follow standards of safe radiation practice
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists
• Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of practice for the unit
