As a Multi-Media Sales Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process by providing essential support to our Account Executives. You will assist in the creation of sales proposals, coordinating orders, and providing administrative support to various sales management positions. By ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and maximizing efficiency, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of Griffin Media's advertising sales team. This role is designed as a developmental pathway to a future Account Executive position. Coordinators gain hands-on experience across television, digital, and outdoor advertising while working closely with sales leadership. High performers will build a strong understanding of Griffin’s multi-platform advertising solutions, consultative selling strategies, and inventory management, with opportunities for increased responsibility and client-facing interactions.
