About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: 3+ years of experience in live broadcast production, preferably for large-scale events or productions. Proficiency in Black Magic Design ATEMs, Hyperdecks, Web Presenter, audio mixers, and Apple computers Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of live streaming platforms, audio-visual equipment, and production workflows Editing Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing graphics for live events and videos Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently, especially in high pressure live environments Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to clients and team members Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality delivery of all aspects of live and post-event production Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team of production professionals MUST have 3-5 years of recent Broadcast Producer experience Hands-on experience in producing, directing, and managing the technical and creative execution of live broadcasts Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Black Magic design, other graphic design Excellent communication and collaboration Troubleshooting Leadership experience
