About The Position

Join the team at Adams Multimedia Southern Wisconsin to build a career in local media and advertising. The company is seeking 2 motivated Multi-Media Account Executives to serve Fort Atkinson, Lake Mills, and surrounding areas. These are outside sales roles offering a competitive base salary plus guaranteed commission on every dollar sold, with annual on-target earnings expected to exceed $60,000, and additional upside for top performers. As a representative of Adams Multimedia, you will work with local businesses to create impactful advertising solutions, representing a portfolio of hyper-local marketing products including digital and traditional print advertising, sponsorships, ticketing, events, and custom promotions. You will receive full support from two in-house advertising agencies and experienced leadership. To ensure success from day one, a pre-established book of business will be provided.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in an outside sales role
• Comfortable prospecting and cold calling
• Ability to run effective discovery conversations
• Resilient mindset and willingness to push through rejection
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, and Mac-based products
• Reside in Jefferson County or the immediate surrounding area (on-site role; not remote or hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and pursue new business opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries and develop customized advertising solutions
• Research leads through multiple channels, including referrals
• Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their goals and budgets
• Recommend campaign enhancements and upgrades
• Maintain accurate client records for ongoing sales and follow-ups
• Build, execute and manage a campaign
• Provide insightful reporting calls on all targeted digital campaigns
