About The Position
In this leadership role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the senior living community to ensure the highest quality of hospitality and resident satisfaction. You will act as the on-site executive for all operations, being the main point of contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public when needed. Your responsibilities will include maintaining resident retention, responding to inquiries, keeping up to date with competitor information, and ensuring budget accountability.
