Requirements

• Experience with rigging and heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required duties with a primary focus on safety.
• Operate, clean, and perform daily inspections of equipment.
• Locate and move materials by coordinating with various personnel.
• Operate fixed-mast and extendable-boom forklifts.
• Assist in rigging up heavy loads to equipment.
• Assist craftsmen in setting up work as required.
• Perform preservation and maintenance duties on assigned equipment.
• Follow instructions from superintendents, foremen, and experienced crew members.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Read and understand warning signs and jobsite safety rules.
• Observe functioning of installed equipment to determine hazards.
