Manage more than one functional area in Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection; be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee training, performance assessment, recognition and disciplinary actions. Requirements

Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and/or specifications, and applying their intent for evaluating acceptance of product quality
Experience using manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection criteria, and/or quality engineering practices
Experience in developing and/or interpreting quality data and QA/Test and Inspection Experienced Professional

Demonstrated ability to use processes related to labs/testing techniques, corrective action/problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated strong ability to lead teams, make and influence decisions
Demonstrated excellent teaming skills - must interface with all levels of management, technical and floor personnel in a multi organizational environment.
Union environment experience
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experienced user of QADS, VAS, PDM, JDL, SFM.
Experience in Microsoft office applications
