THE WORK You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager for Derco, A Lockheed Martin Company. Our team is responsible for managing customer warranties supplier quality, distribution quality, and manufacturing quality for the organization. The team is also responsible for maintaining ISO standards and leading AS9100 and AS9110 quality audits as well as leading the Accelerating Performance Excellence (APEX) continuous improvement program. You will be responsible managing an internal audit program while developing, shaping and executing quality management strategies that advance the organization. Responsibilities will include: Lead a team of quality and technical professionals. Execute a customer warranty program for the organization. Operate a supplier quality program that maintains all critical elements including supplier surveys, ASLs, and SCARS. Manage a manufacturing quality team that maintains flow down and technical requirements as well as warranty on customer discrepancies. Supervise the distribution quality team ensuring Derco meets inspection and quality requirements. Lead the annual AS9100 and AS9110 audits with registrar to include scheduling audit times and supporting auditor questions. Manage an internal audit program that includes scheduling, training, and executing audits across the entire company while managing the CAR database. Lead the Accelerating Performance Excellence (APEX) continuous improvement program and 6S audits. Support site-related activities as needed and execute other duties as assigned. This is a US-based role requiring onsite attendance 4 days per week. Requirements

Strong leadership skills
Quality management leader experience
Schedule and budget management
Experience leading customer and AS9100/AS9100 audits
Experience handling multiple priorities and meeting set deadlines
Experience managing an internal audit program and associated CAR tracking and follow up.
Bachelors degree from accredited college/university in quality management, engineering, management or similar field or equivalent work experience.
