Requirements

  • STEM degree at bachelors level or higher and/or equivalent experience combined education.
  • Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Demonstrated full spectrum leader - ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics
  • Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Advanced understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industry
  • Prior Quality Experience
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have the ability to travel (up to 20%)

Nice To Haves

  • STEM degree at bachelors level or higher is highly preferred
  • Prior THAAD Experience
  • Prior MFC Experience
  • Prior LM Experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers based in Arlington, TX.
  • Manage and support quality engineering efforts across suppliers nationwide.
  • Ensure compliance with program requirements and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Travel as needed to support field engineers and supplier sites.
