Requirements

STEM degree at bachelors level or higher and/or equivalent experience combined education.
Must be a US citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Demonstrated full spectrum leader - ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics
Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
Advanced understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industry
Prior Quality Experience
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications
Must have the ability to travel (up to 20%)

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers based in Arlington, TX.
Manage and support quality engineering efforts across suppliers nationwide.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and drive continuousâimprovement initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Travel as needed to support field engineers and supplier sites.
