The supervisor will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, assigning work to support desired goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas. Candidate must have exceptional people-skills and cultivate program performance on all aspects of quality, cost, and schedule. Lead a team of approximately 20 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations. Responsible for motivating improvement, corrective actions, identifying risk mitigation actions, and solving complex problems across multiple programs such as F-35, F-16, F-22, etc. Embrace Full Spectrum Leadership qualities to develop supports and empower teams to encourage ownership throughout the organization. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
