NO Relocation assistance or housing provided for this role. The Multi-Functional Resort Associate is a versatile role responsible for performing two or more functions within daily resort operations. This position plays a vital part in delivering our Hospitality with Heart service to owners, guests, and fellow associates.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn job skills and company policies to complete routine tasks.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Basic office skills, including math and proper cash handling procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and a “Can-Do” attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, printer).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of key systems.
  • No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness across resort areas.
  • Replenish and deliver supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, and transport linens.
  • Report assignment status and communicate unit readiness to Guest Services via the property management system.
  • Record, delegate, and monitor housekeeping and maintenance activities using HotSOS or manual tracking.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures.
  • Washing floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
  • Sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping floors.
  • Vacuuming carpets and re-supplying restrooms and locker rooms.
  • Remove trash and maintain interior appearance by picking up debris, emptying containers, and transporting materials to disposal areas; recycle materials as appropriate.
  • Observe safety precautions to protect property and report any damage, theft, or found items to supervisors.
  • Assist with preparing and stocking housekeeping carts.
  • Help maintain storage areas and conduct monthly inventory via ISM.
