Requirements

  • Experience in aircraft assembly techniques, theory & practice.
  • Experience in aircraft quality standards & the cost of quality concepts.
  • Experience developing process corrections or variations that fit within the quality standards and expectations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters / solutions with senior leadership
  • Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development
  • Experience in business metrics to drive performance (i.e. cost, schedule, quality)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts
