About The Position

The Multi Family Sales Representative role involves selling pest and termite services to the apartment and condo marketplace. The position is focused on developing new accounts, managing sales funnels, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to meet sales targets. The representative will also participate in industry events and utilize various communication methods to generate leads and proposals.

Requirements

  • B2B outside sales experience required.
  • Experience in the multi-family industry preferred.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding face-to-face client communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured strategic plan.
  • Organized and process-oriented with the ability to facilitate timely follow-up.
  • Ability to speak clearly with accurate pronunciation of words and syntax.
  • Active listening capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and steer a conversation.
  • Self-confident with a positive outlook and high self-awareness.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales and customer service for at least 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales funnel to meet specific monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure all contractual obligations and targets are being met.
  • Identify and drive strategic sales opportunities at targeted multifamily properties.
  • Represent the company at industry association and client events.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customers.
  • Utilize telephone, email, and social media to generate meetings.
  • Provide proposals and manage pipeline through Salesforce.
  • Network and participate in local apartment industry functions.
  • Sell on value and services offered, including cross-selling.
  • Ask for referrals and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with a team.
  • Use LinkedIn and other business networks to pursue professional relationships.
