About The Position

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications. Tests systems to ensure proper functioning. Identifies any issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance. Works under little to no supervision to install HVAC equipment. Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner. Performs start-up on air conditioning systems as needed. Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. Follows safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Duties may vary by location. Welcome to Airtron Careers! Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years’ experience in construction, HVAC or related experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.
  • Basic proficiency in navigating the internet and email software such as Microsoft Outlook
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
