About The Position

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in basic wiring, lighting, HVAC, troubleshooting, or related technologies.
• 1 - 2 years of previous customer service or sales experience required.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Experience in installing technologies and using tools.

Nice To Haves

• Background in building science and design, building envelope, weatherization, or related fields.
• Experience in building maintenance, home inspection, HVAC, lighting, controls, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Install energy-efficient equipment and products according to proper procedures.
• Provide a professional appearance as a representative of the organization and the client.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents.
• Develop an understanding of the program's strategic direction regarding energy efficiency.
• Follow all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Assist in conducting blower door and combustion safety tests as required.
• Apply insulating and sealing materials to various building penetrations and gaps.
• Travel daily to pre-scheduled appointments at various building types.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operations continuously.
• Conduct inventory counts and submit reports as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and vehicle parking areas.
• Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and submit reports to management.
