About The Position

Multi-Family Field Rater (Sustainability/Energy Efficiency) TexEnergy Solutions/US-Eco Logic is seeking a self-motivated, intelligent and technically minded individual to join our Multi-Family Green Consulting and Verification team. This is a field position for a talented professional that possesses a strong interest in sustainability, architecture, and construction. A field rater/inspector primary focus is to assist clients with the certification process on new and existing multi-family projects.

NGBS Verifier 2012 + 2015 + 2020
RESNET HERS Rater
IECC Residential Plans Examiner & Inspector
IECC Commercial Inspector
Additional certifications depending on regions served (Examples: CalGreen, PHIUS, EarthCraft, etc.)
Operating system software Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
Spreadsheet software Microsoft excel
Database Software Microsoft Access
1+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with the general contractors, trades, and project management team in the field.
Perform on-site inspections and testing (IECC, LEED, NGBS, CalGreen, etc.)
Collecting documentation
Registering projects
Internet research
Generating reports
Updating online documents
Reviewing submittals
Setting up jobsites
Scheduling inspections
Use of our company field tool software.
