Multi Family Construction Laborer
About The Position
As a Construction team member you are responsible for executing & participating in the completion of all assigned projects throughout Middleton Meyers portfolio of Multi-family assets. What you'll do: Background knowledge in Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Gutter cleaning & Soffit/fascia repair No issues with working on ladders working knowledge of power tools related to construction work Previous work history in repairing & installation of kitchen cabinets & countertops Has in the past installed exterior & interior doors Performing renovations Installations including but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, etc Previous knowledge of installing hard ware, appliances, etc. Teamwork Attitude Punctual Attendance Cleans up workspace & tools after every job
Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily construction experience required
- Construction Knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical,Painting, Flooring
- Superb Time Management
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must possess a Trustworthy & Results Driven Mentality
- Reliable Transportation
