As our Multi-Family Commercial Roofing Sales Rep, you'll generate new business across Illinois and Iowa by engaging property managers, boards, and commercial stakeholders through B2B outreach, door‑to-door introductions, multimedia networking, and on‑site inspections. You'll own each client relationship-communicating consistently, setting expectations, and guiding decisions with clarity and confidence. You'll represent Legacy at adjuster meetings, board presentations, inspections, and key appointments; and you'll partner with internal support teams so every handoff is smooth and every project feels professional and buttoned‑up. Your day is defined by momentum: building trust, uncovering needs, presenting solutions, and earning lasting partnerships. This is a full‑time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. During active storm response, weekends are recommended to capture high‑value opportunities. You'll dispatch from home daily and do not need to report to a central office. Primary territory is Illinois and Iowa, with potential travel to other Legacy locations. Travel beyond 1 hour outside the Chicago Metro is reimbursed!
