About The Position

LaunchTech is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This role provides hands-on technical support for end-user systems, enterprise infrastructure, and mission-critical operations, with a strong on-site presence required to support test and mission events.

Requirements

• Must have 2.5, or more, years of directly related experience
• Must have a current Security+ certification with Continuing Education (CE)
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support customer laptop and desktop computer systems, software applications, IT support equipment, VoIP, and mobile telephony products
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for customer equipment, especially during test and event periods
• Document all work performed in support of customer systems and infrastructure
• Provide technical support for enterprise networking and infrastructure projects
• Maintain and provide 100% uptime network support, including fiber and copper cabling as required
• Provide COMSEC support to deployed COMSEC equipment
• Function as the local COMSEC Hand-Receipt Holder, including re-keying equipment and providing general COMSEC support
• Perform duties as the Trusted Agent for the site
• Provide continuous on-site support, especially during mission and test events
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support situations
• Support job-related travel as mission requirements dictate
