We are currently seeking an Elect mechanical Technician to support our production and maintenance teams with project execution, troubleshooting, equipment installations, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting
  • 1-3 years as a technician in an industrial setting
  • Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
  • Familiarity with PLCs and control systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong recordkeeping and adaptability in dynamic environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with site inspections, construction supervision, and contract administration is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Drylock’s Core Values: Safety, Respect, Ownership
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices
  • Perform Toolbox Audits at the start and end of each shift
  • Use Microsoft Office tools for communication and assignment tracking
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system errors
  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance (PMs)
  • Estimate materials and timelines for project completion
  • Complete mechanical and electrical project work, including installations and upgrades
  • Maintain project records and documentation
  • Provide guidance and training on equipment operation and safety
  • Calibrate, test, and maintain mechanical systems and components
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment issues
  • Use scientific and analytic software for diagnostics
  • Research and install new technologies and instrumentation
  • Collaborate with process technicians and other plant professionals
