About The Position

We’re seeking a skillful and motivated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support our night shift operations. Got only a couple years of experience? If you're fired up about hands-on bench work, solving mechanical challenges, and growing with a safety-first team, we still want to hear from you! Schedule: 6:00pm to 6:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off. Training will be done on day shift. Hesitant to apply because you may not meet every specific requirement? Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Skilled in welding, cutting, and using measurement tools.
  • Comfortable using computers and diagnostic meters.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Must complete CPR, First Aid, and First Responder training.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Allen Bradley controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across the facility.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Complete welding and fabrication tasks independently.
  • Accurately log maintenance activities in our system.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance.
