Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure production machinery and facility equipment are operating at peak performance by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making timely repairs. You’ll also have the opportunity to fabricate and install parts, service mechanical and electrical systems, and contribute directly to the efficiency, reliability, and safe operation of our production process.

  • Install, maintain, and repair production, facility, and electrical equipment — working from instructions, drawings, or sketches and often to precise tolerances.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and electrical knowledge to complete repairs and keep equipment running at peak performance.
  • Diagnose issues quickly and determine the best repair solutions, whether refitting, replacing, or rebuilding parts.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) rounds, work orders, and general upkeep to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Order and replenish supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Partner with your Supervisor and team by reporting any irregularities or potential issues with machinery, processes, or supplies.
  • Take part in ongoing training, seminars, and continuous improvement initiatives to sharpen your skills and grow your expertise.
  • Champion safety by inspecting work areas and equipment before use, following all safety rules, wearing required PPE, and always adhering to Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and tool board to ensure efficiency and readiness.
  • Train and mentor new team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Step in on special projects or additional assignments that keep our facilities safe, efficient, and future-ready.
  • Design and implement advanced control systems, driving efficiency, reliability, and performance across operations.
  • Lead end-to-end electrical and hydraulic projects, including system design, schematic creation, installation, and optimization.
  • Oversee metal fabrication projects, applying technical expertise to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with complex specifications.
  • Direct complex mechanical initiatives, providing leadership in system design, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, leading transformation initiatives and mentoring junior safety professionals to build lasting best practices.
  • Apply certified advanced reliability practices to improve system uptime, asset performance, and long-term operational success.
  • Act as a hands-on mentor and leader, guiding cross-functional teams through technical challenges.
