About The Position

We are looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Nights to join our team. This individual must have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess advanced knowledge of machine repair. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background and possesses the ability to read and understand ladder logic and program HMIs. Candidates must be able to complete and pass an electrical board and PLC programming hands-on assessment. The current schedule is 7pm - 7am with a 2-2-3 day rotation. This role will train on 1st shift. Earn up to $100,000 annually in total compensation. Sign-on bonus. Medical, dental, vision effective day 1. 401(k) with company match available. Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently and safely.
• Advanced knowledge of machine repair.
• Strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background.
• Ability to read and understand ladder logic and program HMIs.
• Completion and passing of an electrical board and PLC programming hands-on assessment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Allen Bradley PLC.
• Mechanical, welding, and cutting skills.
• Capability of reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
• Workbench and computer skills.
• Meter usage and ability to complete measurements.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• May require CPR and first aid training.
• Lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, confined space training.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical repairs and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.
• Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Perform advanced electricity in order to work in maintenance field safely.
