These fully onsite roles play a vital part in delivering seamless, high-quality cancer care by coordinating complex, multi‑clinic visits and supporting efficient patient flow across hospital locations. Patient Navigators partner closely with physicians and clinical teams, assist during clinic sessions, arrange imaging and ancillary testing, and serve as a steady guide for patients navigating a multi-disciplinary care experience. This position is focused on operational coordination and continuity of care, with potential rotation alongside inpatient teams to bridge inpatient diagnoses with outpatient, multi‑clinic treatment.
