About The Position

Jenius Bank is seeking an experienced marketing professional within the Marketing Team. This role will drive the success of campaigns through various channels including email, web, mobile, and direct mail, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. These responsibilities include but are not limited to leveraging data-driven insights to improve targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign outcomes to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading data-driven digital acquisition strategies for Financial Services products in a highly collaborative and dynamic organization.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marketing campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end B2C email campaign and direct mail execution.
  • Experience with managing budgets and vendor contracts in a high-volume marketing environment.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with the Braze customer engagement platform, required.
  • Multi-channel marketing execution experience with campaign attribution reporting experience a plus.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale marketing campaigns and leading external vendors.
  • Using data analysis to inform campaign decisions and drive growth.
  • Demonstrating problem analysis, critical thinking, project management, decisiveness and judgment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with product, legal, compliance, and finance teams for approvals and reporting.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk through adherence to regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of data-driven email, web, and mobile marketing strategies, including automated campaigns, to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and/or retention.
  • Lead campaign planning, including requirements gathering, and asset approvals, ensuring on-time production and quality output for owned channels.
  • Build and refine advanced customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content and offers that drive higher engagement and conversion.
  • Manage platform functionality, testing and learning, and other channel optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Product, Data, and Analytics) to align campaign goals and execution.
  • Reporting and analytics, in partnership with Analytics teams, providing insights on KPIs. Use data analysis to refine strategies and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage operational materials and documentation.
  • Serve as back-up to VP, Direct Mail Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with both industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
