About The Position

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft API Platform Functional Consultant (10+ years' experience) to lead and support functional aspects of API platform operations in a large enterprise ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of business processes, API lifecycle management, and operational governance across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Retail systems. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving effective communication, coordinating platform support activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational and ITIL standards.

Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of total experience in IT.
• Strong understanding of business processes and API lifecycle management.
• Experience with operational governance across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Retail systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a large enterprise ecosystem.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards.
