  • Planning, designing, installing, and maintaining MuleSoft software.
  • Performing system restarts, patching, and hotfixes.
  • Monitoring performance, logs, server health, and API assets.
  • Managing infrastructure and platform stability.
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation.
  • User support and troubleshooting.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce instances.
  • Create reports and dashboards for SalesOps and business teams.
  • Manage data integrity and perform quality checks.
  • Respond to user support requests and test new features.
  • Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft and other platforms.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Managing API gateways and ensuring secure, scalable integrations.
  • Supporting cloud migration and cost optimization initiatives.
  • 5-8 years of experience in MuleSoft Development.
  • Experience with DevOps Tools: Rally, JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, XL Deploy, JFrog Repo.
  • Experience with Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Elastic APM, HPPM, AE Log viewer, AES, Splunk, Grafana, ECG.
  • Experience with Web Servers: Tomcat, JBoss.
  • Experience with OpenShift Platforms: Origin, Container Platforms, Azure, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Databases: Microsoft SQL, Oracle 10g, MySQL.
  • Experience with Hardware / Platforms: Windows 2000/2007, 2010 UNIX.
  • Experience with IDE/Tools: Anypoint-studio, Anypoint platform.
  • Ability to handle security requirements, including vulnerability patching and upgrading systems to address security vulnerabilities.
