About The Position

The MuleSoft Account Executive at Salesforce focuses on driving digital transformation strategies for Higher Education institutions through API connectivity via the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. This role involves engaging with C-level executives and collaborating with an account team to meet customer business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization from Salesforce investments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience in selling technical platforms is preferred.
  • Integration/API market awareness.
  • Experience managing large key accounts.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.
  • Assist in developing and executing long-term strategies for assigned accounts aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs effectively.
  • Assist with account planning, ensuring strategic alignment with Prime and Cloud sales resources.
  • Share MuleSoft and Salesforce value propositions with existing and new customers.
  • Drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts.
