The company is looking for a Production professional to join its Mulch Department team. This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring products are produced efficiently and in accordance with quality standards. The position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in production processes and the ability to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

• Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills
• Safety awareness: Understanding of and commitment to following safety procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Experience 1 year preferred
• Front Loader experience 1 year preferred
• Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols in the workplace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure quality products are produced.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Maintain records of production data and provide reports to management.
