About The Position

The MTM Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medication access and adherence team, ensuring the delivery of pharmacy support services to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role involves managing team workflows, staffing, performance metrics, and training initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in pharmacy operations and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the medication access and adherence team.
• Create schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and assess data for needs.
• Manage daily time and attendance for the MTM technician team, including completing timecards and managing PTO.
• Identify and recommend FTE needs to support patient requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop metrics for the team and create action plans to achieve them.
• Perform data collection and audits to support identified metrics for operational effectiveness.
• Implement performance improvement activities to achieve desired goals and outcomes.
• Provide clinical support to team members as needed.
• Establish training and educational opportunities for the team.
