About The Position

This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' Interpreter Trainers are lead support level individual contributors, responsible for ensuring that in-residence missionaries receive effective interpretation by leading interpreters, conducting individual and group trainings, and facilitating ongoing improvement and coaching of interpreter performance. It is expected that a Interpreter Trainers will assist in overseeing the work of 10-15 interpreters.
