Great Opportunity The MT1/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the common areas of the apartment community and ensuring they are clean and orderly. This is your opportunity to work for an exceptional, people-oriented, professional company. This role requires an optimistic outlook towards residents, being polite and courteous at all times. The MT1/Groundskeeper may be required to perform other clean up duties including, but not limited to vacuuming, window washing, dusting, taking out the trash and picking up trash and other debris from the grounds. Position may require working on weekends and holidays. The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least two months of experience as a MT1/Groundskeeper or a similar position.
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent desired, but not required.

• Maintaining the common areas of the apartment community
• Ensuring common areas are clean and orderly
• Vacuuming
• Window washing
• Dusting
• Taking out the trash
• Picking up trash and other debris from the grounds
