Summary Job Description: Status: Part Time Shift: 1st Every third weekend required Sign on Bonus Eligible for Experienced Candidates Job Summary: Performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing according to CLIA ‘88 guidelines; interprets and reports results for established tests and examinations in at least one of the following fields within the clinical laboratory: Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Blood Bank and Microbiology. Performs quality control, quality assurance, maintenance and troubleshooting. Duties may also include clerical tasks and related laboratory services. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an Associate degree in chemical, physical, biological, laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
- Must obtain MLS Certification by ASCP or AMT within 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Performs waived, moderate, and high complexity testing according to CLIA ‘88 guidelines
