All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As an MST Assistant Store Manager, this means: Anticipating project workload, pricing, general bay service needs, and Live Nursery service and watering requirements, and redirecting efforts and schedules to ensure proper coverage when and where needed. Ensuring space and product location accuracy through strong execution of resets, service, and SIMS processes while partnering with the SSC as needed to coordinate planogram assignments. Driving weekly ad set execution and ensuring promo space readiness to support company promotional initiatives. Ensuring daily execution of price changes, promotional signage, and resolution of price mismatches to protect pricing integrity. Conducting safety walks, monitoring the use of store power equipment, and coaching associates on safe work practices. The MST Assistant Store Manager leads a team of MST associates who work together executing merchandising service, resets, and general bay service to ensure our customers shop in a clean, safe, well-stocked store. The MST Assistant Store Manager is accountable for quality reset execution, pricing integrity, and operational efficiencies while maximizing overall customer satisfaction with the Lowe’s in-store experience. At times, the MST Assistant Store Manager is expected to provide full leadership over the store. The MST Assistant Store Manager collaborates with peers on the store leadership team, as well as the District Manager and Area support staff, to assess customer needs and develop the best methods for achieving service, sales, and operational objectives. Furthermore, this individual may be asked to rotate through Merchandising, Specialty, and Operations assignments for cross-training and development.
