The purpose of this position is to provide financial services to the membership, dispensing information about various types of accounts and other Credit Union services. This role involves handling the establishment of new memberships, opening all accounts, processing changes, and managing deposits, withdrawals, issuing money orders, and entering transactions into a teller terminal. The individual will greet members, respond to their needs, or direct them appropriately, requiring patience, enthusiasm, professionalism, confidentiality, maturity, and good communication skills.
