About The Position

MSS Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the hospital’s medical staff maintains the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice. This role oversees compliance with all applicable federal, state, and accreditation regulations, while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintaining alignment with hospital policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in healthcare setting is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. In Lieu of a degree 4 years of additional relevant experience may be accepted.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and time-management abilities, team-oriented, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ability to work effectively and productively with physicians, leaders, and staff, commitment to patient safety and high-quality care: ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
