About The Position
The purpose of the role is to provide Business Insights and control oversight to MSS CFO and Global Markets and Security Services (MSS) business. As our Global Markets and Security Services (MSS) Business Finance Analyst, you will work with business and global teams to manage budgeting and monthly forecast planning processes for the Americas, which includes Revenue, Cost, Balance Sheet (GAAP / IFRS), and RWAs (US FED / PRA). You will support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance. This includes analyzing actuals against budget/forecast and prior year results, working with product control and MSS business line heads to review revenue drivers, and understanding cost drivers for each business line to identify possible savings. You will also provide support to the Analysis & Insight team to articulate performance drivers and risks to senior stakeholders, assist in management decision-making through adhoc analysis, and create and deliver presentations of analysis, trends, metrics, and results. Additionally, you will consult with other departments to provide data and analysis and partner with other Business Finance colleagues across GPB and other lines of business.
