About The Position

This role involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on products and services that may fit their needs to create opportunities for positive member interactions.

Requirements

  • Customer service expertise
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to work in a call center environment
  • Strong policy compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments

Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and requests in a 24/7 high-volume contact center.
  • Provide information on products and services with knowledgeable and active engagement.
  • Perform transactions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, and IRAs.
  • Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and ensure high-quality customer service.
