About The Position
The MSP Tier 3 Tech is responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customers’ infrastructure. The MSP Tier 3 Tech will need to demonstrate technical competency, deploying mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. The MSP Tier 3 Tech will also provide input for improving our network and systems offerings to our customers.
