About The Position
The Systems Administrator at ALLO is responsible for the administration of servers both on customer premises and in the cloud. This role includes managing backups, patching servers and endpoints, and serving as a senior escalation resource for complex issues that cannot be resolved by Tier 2 help desk technicians. The position emphasizes proactive evaluation of system patches and maintaining the integrity of system backups, while also documenting resolutions and optimizing processes.
