Intern - MSP Support Summer 2026 Internship: MSP Support The IT Operations Intern will work closely with MSP Support Leadership and Service Desk teams to enhance documentation standards, improve operational workflows, and support ongoing service delivery initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience in IT support operations and managed services.
Responsibilities
- Follow MSP Support Leadership guidance to review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within IT Glue
- Organize and migrate documentation to appropriate sections within IT Glue to ensure adherence to internal standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the ConnectWise administrator to enhance integration and ticketing workflows between IT Glue and ConnectWise
- Conduct interviews with Service Desk Analysts to assess existing SOPs for accuracy, relevance, and usability
- Assist with documentation improvements and process standardization initiatives
