EAG is starting the search for an MSP Service Analyst III to join our team. The MSP Service Desk Analyst III is responsible for a wide range of daily tasks aimed at ensuring smooth IT operations and excellent customer service for our MSP customers. This role involves direct interaction with customers to address support issues and service requests through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person. The Service Desk Analyst III coordinates with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintains service status updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
