About The Position
Morgan Stanley's Tactical Value team is a part of a ~$30bn private equity and credit platform within the Morgan Stanley Investment Management ("MSIM") platform. The group makes private equity, growth equity, and structured credit investments across industries. The strategy capitalizes on both connectivity with Morgan Stanley IBD and GCM as well as relationships outside of the firm for sourcing, diligence, and value creation after the investment. The team is a generalist group that invests in both large cap and middle market deals with equity check sizes of $50-$750MM+. Recent industry focus includes investments in tech/cybersecurity, media, sports, business services and infrastructure technology.
