About The Position
The MSHS Preschool Teacher position at Community Action Partnerships of Western Nebraska (CAPWN) is a seasonal role based in Alliance, NE. The teacher will manage the Migrant Head Start preschool classroom, ensuring that Head Start objectives are implemented in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children, Youth and Families (ACYF) Head Start Performance Standards, National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Nebraska state childcare licensing, and CAPWN Policies & Procedures. The role involves creating a nurturing learning environment, planning individualized activities, supervising staff, and partnering with families to enhance children's growth and development.
