The MSD CRM Project Manager will oversee the implementation, customization, and delivery of Microsoft CRM-based solutions, specifically Dynamics 365, for clients or internal teams. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft CRM implementation projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring team members are aligned with project priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for project kick-off and status updates.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment to drive results.
  • Mentor and support team members, ensuring they have the resources needed for success.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues that could impact project timelines or budget.
  • Develop mitigation plans and coordinate resources to resolve obstacles quickly.
  • Ensure that the project meets quality standards and client expectations through effective testing and validation.
  • Monitor project progress and suggest improvements to processes and methodologies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify lessons learned.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
  • Oversee project resource planning and allocation.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically Dynamics 365 or related platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Experience in risk management and quality assurance processes.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization and configuration.
