REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 91 DAY WAIT PERIOD, determined from their last date of employment, to apply for FRESH PLANT. MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION. MUST BE SAFE AND OBSERVE ALL OF TYSONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. Primary tasks include placing empty pallets on the floor in position for the stacking of product. After the product containers are filled and pass the scaler, the stacker will then stack the product on the pallet according to customer specifications. The team member may be required to discard product. These positions require the ability to push, pull, carry, or lift 50+ pounds. Jobs are fast paced and may require repetitive motion. Must be able to work in damp cold or damp hot environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and be able to stand 8 to 10 hours a day. Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment: ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard, wraps and/or aprons, cut gloves and arm guards. Must be able to work under minimum supervision. Must keep work area clean. Must be able to use a knife/scissors. Must be able to maintain line speed. Must be able to do minimal stooping and bending. All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal and food safety.
