Requirements

  • Expertise in Azure Enterprise environments.
  • Experience in email administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD infrastructure to ensure seamless access and security.
  • Oversee and administer Exchange Online and email systems within the M365 ecosystem.
  • Respond to and resolve incident tickets and service requests related to email and directory services.
  • Implement and support identity management solutions to enhance security and compliance.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving email and directory services across the organization.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and optimization of email and AD services by following best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to address cross-functional needs and system integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for email and Active Directory-related issues and projects.
