About The Position

- The MS Therapist (Unlicensed) at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing therapeutic support and interventions to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience in providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.
Familiarity with behavioral health treatment plans and interventions.
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.
